Rachael is an asset to not only the Collections department but to POP as a whole. Her vast knowledge and commitment to her job make her a great teacher and Team Lead. She helps you to learn and understand the reasons behind the billing process and if you’re still unsure she’ll present things in a different way to ensure you understand.
On a personal level, Rachael is very easy to talk to and understanding that “life happens”. This in turn, makes her very easy to approach when you need something addressed—personal or professional.
Rachael is passionate about helping people and being there for others when needed. She is very understanding and compassionate. Rachael serves on the POP Cares Board that helps identify, plan and execute charitable giving and volunteer experiences for the company. She took the lead on organizing POP’s first blood drive in August which collected twice as much blood as a first-time drive usually collects.
Rachael is an embodiment of POP values and we are lucky to have her as our Q3 POP S.T.A.R. recipient!
