Congratulations to Aeby Barber, our Q2 2018 POP S.T.A.R.!
Aeby demonstrates our Core Values through her daily work and interaction with co-workers, visitors and vendors. As the Office Coordinator, Aeby must be prepared for anything from handling lost badges to last minute preparations for meetings and activities. She is tasked with ensuring that we are able to function each morning with a continuous supply of coffee, tea and hot chocolate – what would we do without our morning caffeine!?!
Aeby is a tremendous asset to the company. Her position allows her the opportunity to interact with over 350 employees and to promote our culture of excellence. She is sought out as the “go to” person for office-related issues and concerns. 
Her hard work and dedication keeps our office running smoothly. She has an ability to positively engage with employees and approaches each task with a smile. Aeby looks out for the best interest of the company and the employees.
She takes the initiative to use her resources to improve the quality, communication and effectiveness of office needs for employees. Aeby has a “can do” attitude and will jump in to help with whatever is needed; she’s not afraid to roll up her sleeves to get the job done.
Her readiness to help and positive outlook makes her a deserving candidate for the POP S.T.A.R. award.
