Type: Full-time – Exempt

Location: This position is located in Overland Park, KS

General Description Including Key Performance Expectations:

  • Assist with team questions
  • Maintain contract copies and notify applicable POP staff of any changes
  • Notify managers of contract renegotiations in advance, as applicable
  • Complete all assigned work on a timely basis
  • Oversee and maintain the Payment Exceptions workflow
  • Help collectors with appeal questions as needed
  • Ensure and monitor balanced workload across the team
  • Rebook claims as necessary

Work Experience Requirements:

  • Experience with insurance accounts receivable/ follow up
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • In this position, individual will be expected to lift up to 20 pounds from time to time
  • Must be able to stoop, sit, bend, reach or stand for extended periods of time
  • This position is expected to work in a general office environment
