Every practice has a skilled team of patient account representatives assigned to their account. These reps are available Monday – Friday 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM Central Time to answer any questions regarding patient’s account.

There are no start-up costs to bring your account to POP.

How many days past the Date of Service (DOS) can I expect to get paid?

The majority of claims are submitted electronically, allowing for payment from 21 – 25 days.

How does the transfer of information work between my office and POP?

We receive records electronically if available, overnight service.

How will I know that you are actively working on my claims?

We have monthly standard reports that will be sent to your group. In addition to the standard reports the group can request ad hock at any time at no additional cost.
