Medical Coding Services

Our staff includes certified professional coders.  Accuracy is further ensured by our automated software that checks carrier edits.  We can provide CPT, ASA, and ICD-9 coding for your anesthesia charts.  Our staff regularly attends seminars and classes to continue their education and certifications.  Coding can be provided as an outsourced service, or on a staff relief basis.

Physician Credentialing Services

We provide complete physician credentialing solutions for our clients.  Enrolling new physicians or just keeping up privileges can be time consuming and challenging.  We organize and keep track of each physician as well as each managed care contract to ensure up to date reimbursement.  We will also renegotiate these contracts.

Managed Care Contracting

We bring a team approach and help educate you on the game of negotiations.  We can handle all the paperwork necessary to establish the credentialing as well as provide you with a matrix so that you always know where you stand with each payer.
