Michael Biama, Account Manager

Michael Baima is an Account Manager.  His duties include quality control and employee management.  His responsibilities consist of making sure that all facets of the company run smoothly and the company's contractual obligations are met.  He is also responsible for monitoring employee efficiency and effectiveness through audits and various quality control systems the company has in place.  He is a member of the compliance committee and works to ensure all regulatory guidelines are followed.  He is also responsible for providing physician with reporting information and answering any questions they have.

Upon graduating college Michael worked for Chrysler Financial where he handled contracting needs and worked to resolve collection issues.  His knowledge in contract negotiations and debt management has helped Physician Office Partners streamline their operational process and work to maximize efficiency.

Michael received his bachelor's degree in communication with a emphasis in public relations from Southwest Missouri State University.
