Jean Ward is an Account Manager where she is the liaison between Physician Office Partners and the doctors for her accounts. She is responsible for the employees who work her accounts, to make certain operations are running constant and efficient. She conducts random audits on her team members to ensure operations are working properly. She trains new team members; and with the other management staff conducts continuing education training for all POP staff.

Prior to joing Physician Office Partners, Jean was a small business owner for 10 years in which she was accountable for all facets of the business, including project planning, accounting, and adhering to State regulations and audits. Jean also has 8 years of banking experience in which she consistently met sales goals, was a lead representative and awarded recognition for superior customer service and participated in community programs.

Jean has a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration and Management from Emporia State University.
